SHIPPING POLICY

Each Persephone piece is handcrafted by us and can require up to 5-7 full business days to produce. For products available in stock the shipping is made the next day from payment. For products not in stock,  please allow 5-10 working days for your package to arrive, from the date of complete payment. Once your order is complete, it is wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection.  Persephone is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.For international orders, please allow 5-7 additional business days for the product to arrive. 

Shipping to Greece for orders over 60€ is free of charge. For the EU and worldwide customers shipping costs range from 15-30 euro. Please note,  engravable items and pre-order items can take longer.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel. If you have not received this email, please contact us at info@persephone.com to request an update and give us your Order Number.

PACKAGING

Every piece of Persephone jewelry collection is packaged with special care. Your product arrives in a minimal black pouch, in a square box, both engraved with our signature in silver, and in our unique minimal black handbag. The jewelry box is placed inside a delivery box to protect your item during shipping. Our elegant packaging is perfect for gifts.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, if your purchase is not quite what you’re after we are happy for you to return it within 10 days of order being delivered, for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately however, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in a new and unused condition. Products must be sent back within 10 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are defined as faulty.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are defined as faulty.
